Maruka Machinery is a trading company specializing in machinery, with 12 offices in Japan and 21 offices in America and Asia. Centered on the sale and import and export of industrial machinery necessary for manufacturing and construction machinery necessary for urban development, we operate on a global scale.

• Check on machine mechanical parts to make sure no mechanical faulty on initial stage. 
• Dismantling all original controller including wiring, servo motor, controller and etc.
• Plan layout for new controller on control box.
• Customize new bracket for servo motor. 
• Checking I/O 
• Assembly new parts and wiring.
• Editing PLC and Macros suit for customer needs.
• Adjusting parameter on servo motor and spindle for performance.
• Check lubrication on all output.
• Test run
